I am a depth psychologist
(Tiefenpsychologe) based in Frankfurt, working primarily with an international, English-speaking clientele.
My practice offers a confidential and thoughtful space to explore the psychological, emotional, and relational aspects of your life. As a depth psychologist, my work is grounded in careful attention, curiosity, and a collaborative process. Rather than focusing on quick solutions, we take time to understand patterns, experiences, and the underlying dynamics that shape how you think, feel, and relate.
I work with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and questions of identity and meaning. This often includes the challenges of living and working in an international context.
The aim of our work is not only to address immediate difficulties, but to support a deeper process of self-understanding, healing, and change — leading to greater flexibility, resilience, and a more integrated way of being.
I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute (USA) and am licensed as a Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie in Germany.
If you feel my approach may be helpful, you’re welcome to get in touch.
